It's always breaking down and while they will remedy the problem quickly, if you're not on Denmark time, like me in Tokyo, you lose half the day, waiting for them to fix it. I have had an annual subscription since 2017 but this year I decided to remove the auto-renewal from my account and cancel my subscription. In September, on the renewal date, I received an email "Your subscription has expired - Renew Now". The email stated "We are really sorry to see you go, blah blah, and offered a 25% discount if I renewed. I did not renew - no point in paying for a service that no longer works. But what do you know, 7 days later Unlocator charged my credit card for a full 12-month renewal regardless. So, we have a business that sells a service that's stopped working, charging for its services after the service has been canceled. Unscrupulous...

It will connect OK but channels often do not work, support used to be good and respond but, more recently, they don't bother. Weeks go by when the service doesn't work, they will offer an extension on the subscription but what is the point in that when it is useless.
